im concerned for everyone that has been hurt/killed by the earthquake and its aftermaths. so many people have died, so many still unknown of their whereabouts. Currently, 11:25am, there's said to be about 1200 people dead and/or missing reported.
Even the ones who have gotten away from the worst of it, the ones who are still alive, are still suffering. they don't have enough heaters, water and food, or shelter. And electricity in some places are down. and the highway, bullet train, the normal MRTs aren't fully working.
Because the earthquake originated in the northern part of Japan, people are freezing up north. It's still snowing there, even though it's March already, and their houses have been stripped away by the tsunamis.
Because the earthquake occurred at 2.45pm, some children haven't been able to meet their parents. It hurts me to think about how those little kids are feeling right now.
It was devastating to watch the videos of the tsunamis, and houses, cars & ships get destroyed.
It's good to hear that the United States & Germany, Korea, and New Zealand government are sending help if needed.
I hope, when all the chaos dies down, that there will be things we can do to help.
